# Political purpose, income and my involvement

When a request for money or work is explained through a common cause, purpose, means and personal role need to be distinguished. The article considers suppliers, workers and supporters of an idea without treating political affiliation as criminal participation. It separately examines alliances with an economic network and humanitarian contact with an armed group.

## For whom

For a person offered an order, collection, message relay or representative role in the name of a public purpose, and someone close helping them understand it.

## Questions

- Does a political purpose justify the means of obtaining income?
- Does a shared task make two organisations identical?
- Does contact with an armed group endorse its aims?
- Is relaying an instruction different from deciding it?
- Can I retain a conviction while questioning a representative’s actions?

## Boundary

The article determines no national offence and promises no safe refusal, report or departure from a role.
