# Respect and working conditions for a paid helper

Payment does not make a person an unlimited family resource. This article distinguishes accepted tasks, residence, night availability, payment and both parties’ privacy. A worker’s limit remains alongside recipient need, and a clear conversation does not itself create a replacement.

For paid helpers, recipients, relatives and organisers; age alone establishes neither need nor diagnosis.

- What has actually been accepted beyond the original task?
- How does residence differ from constant availability?
- What does payment include and what remains unclear?
- How can conflict without witnesses be considered without compulsory recording?
- Which necessary help is happening and which remains unorganised?

The fictional scene determines no employment status, local law, rate, clinical competence or termination procedure. No universal camera, secret recording, dangerous meeting or sudden withdrawal of essential help. During immediate danger, actually available appropriate urgent help should not await a payment dispute; access and safety are unestablished and inability is no personal fault.
