# When treatment continues

When repeated procedures and conversations become difficult, start with one present task. Fatigue, a changed condition, an intervention decision and access arrangements differ. A separate section considers chronic treatment outside war.

Find questions about a phase's purpose, understandable explanation, an agreed helper and assistance actually received. Reading requires neither mastering the whole history nor agreeing with religious or philosophical references. Exhaustion is not declared a diagnosis or final refusal.

Dangerous deterioration requires immediate local assistance and individual team instructions. This article selects no treatment, establishes no safe waiting interval and authorizes no independent stopping, replacement or reduction of prescribed care. A question, referral or named helper proves no assistance completed. Safe contact, changing teams and continuous access are not guaranteed. Publicity and correct emotions do not measure dignity.
