If an ordinary routine is currently impossible, you need not fix the whole day before asking for help. Choose one question: what is missing, which action is available, and how much participation you accept. A modest point of support does not replace food, warmth, protection, or medical consideration and promises no calm. It can change, be missed, or end without compensation. No diary, complete account, or report to a helper is required. Current protection and urgent assistance take priority over reading or habit. Completing one task does not remove other needs. Stop after one section, ask for specific outside participation, or decline an unsuitable suggestion while retaining your claim to care.
