# Care requires no correct memory

A person with dementia does not disappear from relationships and decisions because answering becomes difficult. War may change surroundings, treatment, and daily help. This article distinguishes those tasks without home diagnosis, medication plans, or demands to recover through love. Suitable communication, actual care, and carer support matter; a break requires necessary work to continue. Sudden confusion needs immediate medical assistance even with known dementia; other acute needs also require suitable urgency. There are no routes, restraint, or universal legal decisions here. Recognition and gratitude should not buy care, while one relative and grandchild should not replace every participant. Dignity precedes results and a beautiful recovery story.
