# When needed care is unaffordable or unavailable

Price, language, waiting, and distance describe access conditions, rather than worth. Begin with present needs and the main barrier, without proving greatest suffering or recounting every war experience.

The full article distinguishes medical, social, humanitarian, community, and remote support. These are possible questions to explore, without a guaranteed free-service list. Groups and peer support may help without automatically replacing necessary treatment. Every support layer need not be completed before needed clinical assessment.

Ask who is accepted, what is offered, available language, the whole cost, and who actually receives the next question. Explain lost records or unaffordable prices. Do not invent information, retrieve documents dangerously, or change medication independently because of cost.

Immediate danger, serious deterioration, or inability to maintain safety needs appropriate available local urgent assistance. Do not wait for an ordinary queue or ideal free option before necessary initial action.
