# WAR-147 — adolescence during war

Source: ARTICLE_EN.md, local candidate-r02, 24 October 2026. QA.json binds this master SHA; GEO_EN.json is the full lossless JSON and GEO.en.md is byte-identical to the master. The original embedded metadata.geo and physical companion remain separate r1 provenance in SOURCE_BINDINGS.json. This derivative belongs only to assigned GROW-ROUTE-135; the original WAR reservation remains ASSIGNED to branch C, original_takeover_authorized=false. Server and independent candidate acceptance NOT_RUN.

## Audience and question

Teenage life amid war and uncertainty, with caring adults involved. How can friendship, personal views, privacy, and manageable independence remain available alongside real danger and resource constraints? Adult independence is not imposed on a dependent child.

## Content and available step

War does not suspend growing up. Disagreement, appearance, attraction, privacy, and peer interests establish neither diagnosis nor danger by themselves. A child need not surrender them in gratitude. Distinguish protection, preference, and an adult task; name one actual available option, its conditions, and an adult handling necessary arrangements. An impossible choice is not freedom.

Manageable family help must not silently become permanent interpreting, parenting younger children, or sole emotional support. Relief needs an actual replacement adult; unavailable assistance remains an unresolved need. Friends matter without becoming sole round-the-clock rescuers. Privacy and necessary protection are considered together without blanket risk permission, digital surveillance, or independent treatment. Teen voices matter; adults retain care, paperwork, and competent-support responsibilities.

## Urgency and limits

Significant distress or disruption can warrant appropriate professional assistance without a compulsory wait. Unsafe behaviour or a personal wish to harm oneself or others independently requires immediate suitable help: RU/EN practice now explicitly uses OR, and correct Thai is retained. Immediate danger calls for accessible local emergency or urgent care rather than finished reading or an independence debate. No home scale, diagnosis, method, drug, number, legal permission, or guaranteed service is offered. Clarify actual local conditions and competence.

## Comparison and evidence limits

Kant's Section II in Abbott's translation is quoted as the complete selected practical imperative: humanity in oneself and another also as an end rather than merely means. Tagore's own English Gitanjali35 supplies the complete closing prayer for a country's awakening in freedom; […] explicitly marks omitted preceding lines, with the whole poem read. The map compares both positions through a bounded question about room for a voice and development, while distinguishing rational-ethical from prayerful-social grounds. They are not identical proofs. No faith, fearlessness, national rescue, political agreement, or reasoning test is demanded for care, and urgency does not await philosophical agreement.

Original sources, tags, and authors remain. New GEO binds the candidate, not old r1. ENTRY_RU/EN/TH have separate exact current bindings alongside original provenance. Native Thai, clinical, legal, human and server acceptance, runtime/import/index/publication NOT_RUN.
