# A healing story and a treatment promise — semantic representation

UW:LHD-027:en, r01, 24 October 2026. Based on ARTICLE_EN.md in this revision. Local package; production acceptance, import, publication NOT_RUN.

## Short answer

A sincere account need not establish the cause of improvement or an intervention's suitability for someone else. Separate testimony, a particular promise, research, a commercial offer, and a decision about current care. Hope deserves respect without requiring a purchase.

## Distinctions and application

Identify one promised outcome, its intended group and period, and the grounds supporting it. Ingredient research does not confirm an entire programme; a study listing is neither results nor federal evaluation. Preserve an exact reference or ask an appropriate professional orally about relevance and implications for current care.

A seller's interest is not proof of falsehood but should remain visible. A discount deadline is not clinical urgency; money back cannot undo a health risk. Inaccessible sources and unclear applicability must not be labelled complete verification. Missing family, funds, or easy writing remain real constraints, not personal defects.

## Boundaries

No particular product is assessed, fraud determined, or treatment prescribed. Do not change current prescriptions or experiment to prove a point. Immediate danger requires urgent medical help before advertising scrutiny. A helper gains no general control over money, communication, or decisions. Necessary care and pain relief are not rewards for agreement.

US rules are not exported worldwide. [Hume X.I, 87–89](https://www.gutenberg.org/files/9662/9662-h/9662-h.htm) offers philosophical reasoning about confidence and evidence; [Luke 10:25–37](https://bible.usccb.org/bible/luke/10) offers a religious image of continuing help. These different grounds prove no treatment effectiveness and impose no faith condition on care.

## Verification limits

Author assessment is not testing with real readers or clinical/legal acceptance. Independent, native-language, production, and human checks NOT_RUN.
