Recovery differing from an expectation establishes neither a cause, a clinical plateau nor insufficient effort. Distinguish assessment of a condition, actual access to assistance and a goal that matters to the person. A date may have meant a provisional estimate, a review appointment or a personal hope rather than a promised result.
