## Short answer

An interest can be chosen without promising treatment effects or a public product. Distinguish intention, decision, execution, assistance and shared contribution. Adults with lifelong limitations need not compare themselves with an imagined former “normal.” Assistance can continue; its presence alone does not erase a participant's choices.

## Claims and scope

- C1 — I–II: naming an action and interest is more precise than a blanket inability verdict. Play may yield no object. Actual competition rules require separate checking; the article supplies none.
- C2 — III–IV: another method need be neither equivalent nor available. Choose tools through actual tasks and conditions. No diagnosis, tolerance, workload or treatment is determined here.
- C3 — V–VI: choice, technical help and a helper's invention differ. Matisse's museum process creates neither identical resources nor a legal authorship resolution.
- C4 — VII–IX: creation assistance does not automatically include photography, publication or others' information. Specific rights and agreements need applicable grounds; absolute confidentiality is not promised.
- C5 — VIII and map: Dewey, Kant, Montaigne, the Convention, a museum account and Wong's testimony have different subjects. They establish no therapeutic benefit of art; one life story imposes no identical feelings.
- C6 — X and practice: continuing, changing or stopping remains possible, considering actual promises. Absent money, space, a helper or application is not supplied by assumption. No deterioration is provoked for a trial and no child assigned as permanent assistance.

## Reader questions

**Is participation real when another person executes actions?** Identify choices, execution and shared proposals. Assistance does not itself erase a position; legal authorship is a separate matter.

**Must a work be produced?** No. Play, music or interest need no product. Serious learning and a chosen task's requirements remain possible too.

**What if the substitute is unappealing?** Acknowledge the difference and decline. Refusing a method does not mean refusing all assistance.

**What if necessary conditions are absent?** Name the missing part precisely. A clearer request is no assistance already delivered and cancels no need.
