## Short answer

A public account contains separate choices about purpose, audience, facts, presentation and the next action. Something important can be told without a whole medical biography, and openness can be freely chosen. Assistance and gratitude are not consent. Others' information, actual reversibility of circulation and real agreements need separate attention.

## Claims and scope

- C1 — I–II: curiosity does not define the author's purpose; a personal account intersects with others' privacy. Experience grants no automatic permission to disclose all connected information.
- C2 — III–IV: conversation, recording, excerpt, photograph and publication differ. A closed group, changed name or removal promise guarantees neither secrecy, anonymity nor deletion of every copy. No service was tested.
- C3 — IV–V: required formal information and a public story have different subjects. Assistance conditions are not cancelled. Fact, remembered meaning and verbatim quotation differ; diagnoses are not invented for credibility.
- C4 — V–VII: editorial presentation can change a message. Typing assistance delegates no automatic blanket decision power. Consent, dependency pressure, others' workload and actual agreements remain distinct; no universal legal resolution is supplied.
- C5 — VI–VIII: an account need neither inspire nor promise recovery. Young is individual testimony. Publication creates no continuing consultation, every-reader reply or clinical role. Usable material does not make its author available for all contact.
- C6 — IX and practice: refusal or pause promises no reversal of everything already done. Absent money, assistance or verification channels are not assumed present. Choosing not to publish does not itself resolve or negate the real need and underlying problem; danger does not await reflection.

## Reader questions

**Must honesty disclose the whole history?** No. Identify facts, uncertainty and privacy accurately. Required information for a formal process needs separate clarification.

**Does assistance consent to publication?** No. A new action has its own subject and actual conditions; missing safe alternatives are not concealed.

**Can deletion of every copy be guaranteed?** The article makes no such promise. Distinguish an organiser's actual abilities from information beyond their control.

**What remains after declining publication?** A chosen participation limit; real needs and the underlying problem may stay unresolved.
