Someone can join a chosen task and speak personally without representing everyone with similar experience. Representation can be real and desired: its scope depends on actual instructions and rules. Diagnosis, appearance, presence and personal history create no collective mandate by themselves. Access, assistance executing an action and authorship of a decision should remain distinct.

- C1 — I–II: Tamara is a hypothetical adult example. A chosen topic need not reduce to disability; personal experience need not cover a population. Real representation is recognised, while appearance-based appointment is no mandate.
- C2 — III: Convention29 is a normative framework for direct participation and freely chosen representation, no local election procedure. Execution assistance determines no clinical decision-making capacity. Conveying, considering and satisfying a request differ.
- C3 — IV–V: invitation is no access secured. Absent funds, interpreter, channel or helper are not assumed present. No deterioration demonstration, endless audience education or complete biography is required; formal conditions need separate checking.
