## Question and answer

Why seek assessment for psychotic experience? Experience, explanation, and a medical finding differ. A strong sense of reality confirms no external source. Distress can be heard without confirming unusual content. Seeking help need not wait until the whole experience is explained or every explanation abandoned.

Psychosis describes symptoms rather than one diagnosis, schizophrenia, dangerousness, or a completed future. Mental, physical, medicine-related, and substance-related circumstances require professional consideration. Cultural difference alone is no diagnosis; a spiritual name excludes no need for assessment of meaningful change. There is no home scale or authentic-spirituality table.

## Application

Name one change from usual and a present need. Retain sources: personal experience, another's observation, documents, and inference differ. Communicate available sleep, physical-health, medicine, substance, and earlier-history information to an appropriate professional. Unknowns can stay explicit. No covert tests, passwords, or dangerous rehearsal are needed; treatment is not independently changed.

Administrative booking information is no personal medical instruction. Clarify who received the question, actual access, and open needs. Referral, messages, assessment, and care differ. Without money, a telephone, or safe family, one question at an accessible in-person contact is possible. Missing resources are not presented as a ready route. Family involvement and disclosure need actual local clarification.

Dignity is no reward for fluency or agreement. Helping understanding, helping expression, and deciding instead differ. Assistance with one action creates no universal authority. A relative can offer a bounded accepted task; abuse requires no compulsory reconciliation. H02/H05 are internal communication references, not published services.

## Urgency

New sudden confusion itself requires immediate local emergency medical help. Suspected poisoning needs immediate contact even without symptoms. Immediate threat to life, intention to harm, or inability to meet basic needs safely must not wait for reading or family agreement. This is no complete home safety list. There are no dosages, covert treatment, force instructions, or legal authorization for relatives to decide everything.

A child or dependent person missing necessary care needs an actual capable adult or professional. Messaging a service replaces no present help and must not delay medical contact. Children must not dispatch crises, manage medicines, or observe symptoms.

## Evidence

[NIMH Understanding Psychosis](https://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/understanding-psychosis), the read [NHS overview](https://www.nhs.uk/mental-health/conditions/psychosis/overview/), [sudden confusion](https://www.nhs.uk/symptoms/confusion/), and selected [poisoning](https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/poisoning/) provisions support bounded claims. NHS overview displays review2023 and an overdue planned review2026; it is not the sole standard. Local numbers, entitlements, and medicine regimens are not transferred.

Hamlet I.2, Epictetus XLIV–XLV, Kant II, Job6, and Analects XV.xxiii are compared with differences: literature is no clinical case, moral judgment assesses no cause, and dignity supplies no legal test. Quotations and actual reading scopes are in the master/SOURCES.json. Clinical, native-language, human-outcome, coordinator, and production acceptance remain NOT_RUN.
