For parents and adult carers aged18+. I–II distinguish a number, parental judgement, and a growth-pattern question; III–IV feeding observations, assistance, and dignity; V concrete safe-feeding limits; VI family pressure and individual assessment; VII–VIII urgency, a clear feasible plan, and feelings after consultation.
Practice: separate personal information / outside comparison / question, then choose a fitting action. Clarify a chart, ask appropriate expertise about feeding, explain an existing plan, or reduce numerical reports. With limited resources, one accessible service's conditions and one helper's task can suffice. A spoken sentence is possible; recording is optional and stops when burdensome.
There is no diagnosis, personal diet, supplementation regimen, measurement schedule, or promised gain. Competition must not change nutrition, formula concentration, or prescriptions; do not force bottle completion or leave an infant with a propped bottle. Clarify individual plans with suitable expertise. Concerning changes need clinical contact, dangerous ones immediate local help; incomplete lists exclude no illness and diaries must not delay assessment.
Ethical comparisons: Epictetus44, Gibran OnChildren. Official information: NHS weight, enough milk, bottle advice, urgency, and WHO growth overview. The NHS weight page's overdue review is disclosed; numeric thresholds are not transferred. No library parent assigned.
