For parents and adult carers aged18+. I distinguishes instructions from a whole area; II learning from innate competence; III an actual handover from a broad promise; IV acceptable personal methods from safety breaches; V bodily workload from remaining tasks; VI relatives' help, costs, and boundaries; VII unavailable resources, norms, and danger; VIII review from actual change.

Practice: choose one safe area with preparation, action, and completion, identifying necessary information and real availability. Questions for learning are acceptable; repeatedly returning every decision is different. Reduce the area, use a spoken agreement without diaries/apps, stop, or acknowledge an unfulfilled promise. Do not invent resources when no helper is available.

Do not alter treatment, feeding, or bodily conditions to prove equality. Missing competence requires suitable help and child protection, without risky experiments. Concerning conditions require professional assessment; immediate danger requires local emergency assistance. With threats/control, the shared exercise is optional: protection and suitable support precede negotiation. Children are neither adult arbitrators nor reserve parents. Language establishes no jurisdiction; the Convention guarantees no particular local service.
