Adults eighteen or over and people helping with ordinary household learning. How can one needed function be learned without humiliation about not knowing or a requirement to do everything alone?
Answer and action
I–II distinguish an unlearned operation from personality, necessary function from taste, and a pressed button from a completed cycle. Alternative assistance/services must actually be available. III–IV consider item/equipment-specific instructions, accessible explanation, demonstration/understanding/action and functional feedback. Repeating an unsuitable method does not guarantee quality.
V–VII relate a plan to actual time/energy and preparation/completion, recognise organising work, shared participation and helpers' limits. Gender establishes neither skill nor duty. Teenagers do not receive complete responsibility for safety or family household provision. VIII–IX preserve Confucius/Aristotle differences, contemporary safety grounds and a small confirmed outcome. Where appropriate, a next step is identifying one unknown and engaging in manageable safe learning.
Limits
No clinical, medical or nutritional instructions or empirically validated learning programme. No universal timetable, independent-cooking age, food/chemical recipe, concentration/temperature/storage duration for every setting or emergency-repair method. CDC/FoodSafety.gov have bounded read scopes; health/equipment/resources need their own information.
No mixing products, tasting questionable food, bypassing protection, dangerous video-led repairs, persistence through danger, complete confession, mandatory reporting or a child's sole protection is prescribed. Instructions create no water, money, energy or safe housing; understanding differs from physical ability. Threats and missing necessities require situation-appropriate help.
