For caring adults and young adults18+. Unknown prognosis, an unclear next step and inaccessible care are different questions. Prescription, confirmed contact and treatment actually provided differ too.

A feasible beginning is one specific question for the responsible clinical team, intelligible individual instructions and an essential task with an actual adult provider. Limited resources require no perfect dossier or complete life reconstruction. Children participate accessibly without choosing all treatment, reconciling relatives or managing adult emotions. Siblings do not replace an adult system.

Preserve interest and friendship while clarifying clinical restrictions. Hope is no prognosis; emotion, prayer and unanimous feelings do not control outcomes. Serious acute deterioration or danger requires appropriate urgent help without waiting for documents or composure. Do not alter treatment through another person's account or a similar product.
