Questions & Answers
Rare disease and a long search for an explanation
Based on LHD-013,r01,ARTICLE_EN.md.
Does a long search establish a rare disease?
No. Unknown cause, hypothesis, similar story and medical conclusion have different statuses. Another person's experience can help form a question but cannot prescribe diagnosis or treatment (I,V).
What should be clarified before a contact?
Its purpose, necessary information, full resource needs and possible result, and who continues current care. Research, consultation and treatment differ. Application and help received are separate states (II–IV,VI).
What about limited resources?
Verbally name the inaccessible part and one present need. Family,a smartphone and public disclosure are not prerequisites. No free service is guaranteed, and limiting a route does not establish inadequate persistence (IV–VI,practice).
Limits
No universal tests, guaranteed diagnosis, individual prognosis or programme eligibility. New needs require suitable consideration; serious current danger calls for urgent help. A name need not become an entire identity (VII–VIII).

NIH UDP describes one programme; GMC concerns UK communication. Confucius, Laozi and Job2 supply distinct ethical/metaphysical perspectives rather than medical theory.
